Overview

Each Trading Trophy™ is custom-made to your specifications. To protect quality and fairness for all clients, our policies below apply to every order.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your Trading Trophy™ arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible (within 3 days of delivery) at info@tradingtrophy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (and, if possible, the packaging/unboxing) showing the issue

Once we verify the damage, we will send a replacement free of charge. We review all claims carefully to prevent fraudulent requests and ensure fairness.

Refunds

Because each Trading Trophy™ is personalized from your unique certificate, we do not offer refunds. This includes change-of-mind or incorrect details provided at checkout. (Please note: under many consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized goods.)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Production for personalized pieces begins quickly, and any change would delay fabrication and affect quality.
Cancellations are not accepted after confirmation. Please double-check all details (size, certificate, text, shipping address) before finalizing your order.

What Isn’t Considered Damage

Minor variations inherent to custom printing, such as slight color differences between screens and print, minor alignment tolerances, or cropping consistent with the file you provided, are not considered defects.
